During our visit to Key West we took a charter out for the day and One Love was kind enough to cater it for us.

Chef Clive provided our family with an amazing experience aboard the Mia Yacht on a beautiful day on the water in the Keys. He served a fantastic lunch and Michelin quality 3 course dinner on board. We were thoroughly impressed by his delicious food, presentation, attention to detail and welcoming laid-back demeanor.

Not only does he prepare some of the most amazing dishes, but he does it with a sense of calmness which is often unheard of in the food industry. Meals are always well prepared and a pleasure to look at. In addition Chef Clive has catered multiple events for us personally and for our business. Each one was done professionally and creatively. My favorite meals were those where we let his creativity run loose. When we have brought freshly caught fish to Chef Clive he has created absolutely wondrous and varied meals. On one occasion we had a creative 10 course party for about 40 guests. Clive’s management and presentation were flawless. “I am a local business owner in Key West. Chef Clive catered one of my Christmas parties for us and we were extremely happy! He created wide variety of gourmet appetizers, and wonderful citrus salad, Filet Mignon for main course and his signature Rum Cakes for dessert.
